Engine running rich

Have just serviced Rotax 912ULS for 900hr service. The 2 front cylinders are running rich and the back 2 are running lean. Any ideas why?

    At what rpm is this happening? If it has been idling this can be normal. Go fly and when you land taxi off and pull the plugs or run it on the ground over 4K rpm for 5 minutes then shut it down and check them. I bet the dry black soot is gone. Just idling will cause this many times.
