Cylinder Crack or Mfg Artifact

During my first annual inspection we discovered what appears to be a crack in the #4 cylinder on the underside (see photos). There is no indication of oil leaking from the deformity. The 11 month old engine is just at 200 hours and has been faithfully treated to oil changes every 25 hours and the 100 Hr (x2) inspections. During the pressure testing of the cylinders, none of the cylinders indicated any pressure decay. I have not done a penetrate dye test. The carburetors are synced and there is no abnormal vibration.
Is this a crack or an artifact from manufacturing? Is the cylinder compromised? What's the best way to proceed?
