Recently at the beginning of a takeoff run the engine warning light began blinking. The takeoff was aborted. As soon as the engine power was reduced to idle the light went out. On the taxi way I performed another run up without issue. All engine gauges were normal including oil pressure and oil temp. I can't remember if I double checked oil temp before the takeoff roll. If oil was below 120 at takeoff power, would that cause the engine warning light to engage? A normal takeoff was then performed without issue.
