Hi Roger
I have solved the problem. The cylinder 1& 3 that the plugs were not firing, there was no fuel entering the carburetor on that half of the engine. The fuel line to the carburetor was blocked. I flushed the lines by running the fuel pumps and leaving the carbs open. I did a ground run and the engine started. Thanks for the assistance.
