New Service Bulletin Regarding the Oil Filter

The latest Service Bulletin regards the oil filter part no. 825016; am I correct that this filter is not the same as part number 825012, which is what all the US supply houses sell?

Filter 825016 seems to have eight flutes and 825012 has fourteen.

Yes, 825012 is NOT affected by this bulletin. The 825012 filter is 'old stock'; the 825016 is the current replacement part number, (introduced last November) and is a completely different filter.
