so did you try changing your gas to solve your problem?

Pull the carbs to see if the diaphragm is installed correctly. It is possible to have the small rubber tit off the indent which will cause it to bind. If nothing is apparently wrong, just replace the diaphragms or better yet, purchase two carburetor overhaul kit and do both carburetors. I do not think it is the gas. How many hours are on the engine?
