... So Faisal, you & we, have been given some good info above, so I am eager to see you solve your question & the  resulting computation how much our engines are typically costing us per operating hour up to 2000.  

@ 75 hrs/yr, (26.5 yrs) you'd have 5 rubber change outs + 3 gearbox overhauls + 10 200 hr insps.

Dont forget too; petrol ~ 4 g / hr @ 3.5/g ;  14/ hr

Annual insp;  ~ 250- 800 (usually the higher #)  at 75 hrs/yr ; 10.- / hr

It is imperative this computation not be seen by our spouses!  Definitely not cheap, but once our work is done, life is meant to be enjoyed and you cant take it w/ you !

$14x2000=$28,000, more than the cost of a new engine and other consumables combined.

Actually, my fuel is only costing $2.6/g right now...
