temp probes for 912ul

I need to replace egt probes again ( about once a year ) is there a better probe and where to get.

    The EGT probes should last a lot longer than a year. Are they mounted closer than 100mm (4") to the exhaust flange and getting too hot? Most last years. Is it the probe burning out or moving the wire around too much where it comes out of the probe causing a bad connection?

    thank you probes are definitely not 100mm out probably the problem. going out today to re drill and reset new probes. will have local shop weld old holes.
