Circuit Breaker for charging system

Can anyone tell me what breaker I should use for the charging system. I see Rotax recommends a 25 amp circuit but should the breaker be capable of carrying 5 amps or 25 amps?

The circuit breaker needs to protect the wire, the wire needs to be selected based on load, length, bundled or free etc. AC43-13 has great charts to help determine wire size and circuit breaker selection.
