Spark plug wires/912

Trying to help out a friend. He says the plug wires are encased in pastic at one end. Did not send a picture. I have not seen them myself. Anyone ever hear of this? Only plug wires I have replaced are the ones you screw into the stud .

    Hi Ken,

    They didn't come from Rotax in plastic. They are screw in wires on both ends. Sounds like someone may have put some heat shrink on the ends. Maybe they were trying to waterproof them?
