So these plugs are 250 hrs. old? The gap if too wide will make these run too cold and have poor performance causing this blackened plug. Old plugs are the same. if you have one of the old plugs check the gap. As a plug wears from running the engine the gap will increase over time.
We get NKG plugs here from any where from $2.00 - $3.25 each. All the people I know toss then between 75-100 hrs.

I can tell from looking at your plug pictures again that the gap is way too wide.
You may not have anything wrong with your plugs other than old age.
