I HAVE AN 912 S ENGINE WITH 15 YEARS WORKING FINE WITH ONLY 365 HOURS ON IT. AUTHORITIES ARE PRESSING THAT I SHALL PUT A NEW ENGINE ON MY PLANE SINCE THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE ENGINE HAS COME TO ITS LIMIT. IS THERE ANY SERVICE BULLETINS OR ROTAX INFO THAT MAY ALLOW MY ENGINE TO RUN UNTIL I REACH THE 1200 HOURS STATED ON MY MANUAL. I WILL APPRECIATE YOUR COMMENTS. LUIS CUTTLER, MEXICO.

Some countries have on-condition programs and publications, maybe Mexico will accept the data?

Like Rob said many country's have on condition inspections. I have a few friends with 2500-3000 hours on their engine and haven't really done any thing other the the prescribed maint. Unless your country's aviation authority forces your engine replacement I don't see how someone else can.
Each country may be different so check the regulations.
I will say this that when you get up into long years or long hours it would stay on a good inspection schedule and have any mechanic pay attention to detail and make sure they don't take any shortcuts.
Your engine may last many more years.
