After running new engine per Rotax instructions several times at 3,500 RPM, I have one rocker arm (Cyl#1 intake valve) that is still not in spec. Other 7 arms are all firm. No visible damage to the disc under the rocker arm. Engine runs fine. Planning to call Lockwood to discuss options. Has anyone had this experience? Do I need to replace tappet or is there an option to run the engine again to pressurize the tappet?
