Thanks ...as the engine came from the Aussie dealer stock & was installed in my aircraft built in 2015 ( which was substituted just prior to export due to damage to the 2016 one) ...it still had the sinking floats in it, which were found & replaced on the 100 hr service! ... I just needed to verify which year it was built in!

My Kitfox was built in 1991. The 912 has sn 3792647. What can you tell me about this engine?

3792647 is a ROTAX 912 UL produced 23-August-1990 (!)
(no other information is found in the factory database)

4420765 is a ROTAX 914 F (914 F2) produced 23-Nov-2007

Original factory configuration:
