Download problem.

The error message is 'adobe reader' not loaded.... but it is, it will not work.

I am in need of a installation manual for a 582.

    Do the usual Joseph, switch your system off completely and then restart. This has happened to me a couple of times. If this has no result, just go and reload Adobe, it only takes a couple of moments and at least you will know that you have the latest version.
