It has 600HRS NOW but didn't starting


Form 500HRS to 600HRS hard starting

It problem sprag clutch right

I had a video but couldn't up load it.. the problem goes like this: during cranking to attemp start, the propeller turns a couple of times then stops whilst ignitin key is still on "START" position but the engine and/or starter motor make a "ticking" sound until you release the key, we tried many times and results are the same, we coulnd achieve staring.

I appreciate any help or advice that you could give me on this, please... Have a nice day

is the ticking noise your relay? if so it is a weak battery or wiring issue (ground OK? try a boost battery to see if that helps?)
if the prop is stoppoing with a "bang" and the starter can be heard (still turning) then it is your sprag.

There are lots of questions that I have for you. Where are you located and what or the climatic conditions is the engine suggested to? Do you have a Rotax trained mechanic available to assist you? There are many causes of such a problem and we will have to eleminate them one by one until we get to the problem. You may contact me via my email joekulbeth@airusa@gmail.com com.
