I am having a problem with the Bose A20 headset working properly when used with a rotax engine. If the engine is running at a cruse rpm then the headset will not work in the top position which breaks in to the xm radian audio when a call is coming in. It may be that the Rotax electrical system is feeding back into the headset and blocks the reception.
Does anyone have and information about this problem?
Al
I must know at least 50 people that use the Bose A20 with the Rotax. The people that have had issue was because of poor grounding, incorrect settings on their radio and poor connections within the radio try and may with a poor setup with an intercom. You may need a good avionics guy to take a look. You may even have the mic facing the wrong way.
