the first symptom was the engine will not start when it was hot
Second symptom was engine starts but shuts off after three seconds
The conclusion was made by two mechanics here in the Dominican Republic, by the way did you know if Rotax has some certified mechanics in the Dominican Republic?
Obviously there is no way I could say what the problem is without being there, but I cannot see that both ignition modules could fail at the same time for no reason.
Did it start to have problems out of the blue, or did it get progressively harder to start. Was the mag drop ok before it had problems starting.
