Hi
I have been all this time doing some changes that you suggested:
I have installed a new pump 3,5Psi.
Replaced the rubbers that support the carburators tha were getting old.
Recharged the battery again
and guess what: the engine does not start at first attempt but it starts usually at second attempt what for me is a big improvement.
I realized that the probleme was due as you suggested to the accumulation of some situations that were not right.
Next is to replace all the fuel lines that are gettting old too, to fix any small leak.

Hi Rui,
Have you synced the carbs and set the idle around 1700 - 1800? Clean the air filter?

Dear all,
I am facing a problem with 914 f engine.
Engine is cranking well but does not start in multiple attempts.
I did followings actions.
- battery replaced with serviceable one
-both carbs replaced and sync
-spark plugs replaced
-starter replaced with serviable one
But starting problem is still existing.
Kindly advice
