in 915iS Technical Questions

On a recent test flight with a rotax 915 aircraft, the lane B light came on as we were coming in on approach. The engine was at 3700 rpm. We attempted to switch the lane B off and then back on, but the warning light did not go off. Instead, shortly after, the lane A light came on. At this point both lane lights were solid. We purposely picked up a little more altitude in case the engine quit, so we could make the runway just in case. Luckily it did not, and about 10 seconds later both lane lights went off. Landing was uneventful. The question for those who have flown or serviced the 915, has this happened to any of you, or have you heard it happening? It seems very similar to the lane light problems in the 912is, so that’s what we found discouraging. Thoughts?
