915 Turbo limits?

The time limit is on the rpm 5800 for 5 min maximum typically for take off. At 5500 it's rated continuously, but still the MAP and manifold temperature need to be respected.  (51 inches and 50 C). See Operators Manual section 2.1

Not sure how a "time limit" would even work on the turbo. The turbo is not something you can turn off. It's always running in normal cruise power settings. 

What type of prop do you have, you say that it's fixed pitch. Are you saying that it has no adjustability, either ground or in the air?

Ben, yes fixed pitch can not be changed in flight.  It is by far the most common design in small aircraft.

the question is can it be changed on the ground? if you can then adjusting the pitch will change the rpm.
