iS Sport current draw

I have been doing some maintenance on a customers iS Sport and it appears that when the power is turned on and the engine is not running it drains the battery pretty quick, much faster than my carb engines. No fuel pumps or lanes are on. Does the iS Sport system draw more current than the carb engines and how much with and without the engine running?

I am sure it is consuming more than the carby engine as it is powering two computers.
what does your ammeter say the draw is with Lanes, pumps off?
I will check with ours as well.

I do not have an ammeter on mine.............so a reading would be helpful.

So even if both lanes are off and the main power on, the iS is powering the computer?

The lanes/ECU is the computer. When power is on I would suspect so is your engine ECU.

Thanks Rob it sounds like the iS does draw some pretty good juice/current with the master on.

Rob, if you could, what about when you turn both lanes on, and then a fuel pump amp readings. Wish I had an amp reading....
