Thank you for your reply. I think I am going to wait the retrofit for the 912iS sport because it includes the removing of all spark plug wires and the 4 coils. So I hope my problem will be resolved with this improvement.

Further to this RF radio noise issue. I have changed the Ant cable, no joy. The problem is only associated with lane 2. Turn off lane 2 and the noise goes away. The Aircraft is US until the problem is fixed but I have no answers.

did you check the coil connections like Conrad suggested?

Stein Air described a similar problem that they encountered. They ended up installing a dedicated ground (earth) strap from the engine block to the common ground.

I've encountered something similar with my radio & the 912iS. When I key the mike, I hear a squeal in the background. It's more pronounced at high rpms and it only happens when transmitting. Any suggestions?
(I have the Garmin GTR 200 COM)
