I downloaded your modified design for the over-voltage protection module. Impressive work, complete with material lists and build instructions. You even specified relays with flyback diodes. I think even I could build this with these instructions! Thanks for sharing.  

You bet.  Thanks, Jeff.  One thing I neglected to add to the documentation...  If you prefer a sealed relay installation, here are the parts to look for.  All available at Custom Connector Kits at decent prices, except the last item, which is an option at Digi-Key if you're ordering from them anyway.  If you wanted to look up everything else at Mouser you might save some shipping; I think they have all of the Aptiv (née Delphi) parts as well.
