Setting the prop for crosscountry

Hey Rodger 

I was hoping to hear from you as I normally use your set up. Maybe its the NR prop because I lose 4 or five MPH  TAS if i go to 5600 WOT. for all around flying Ill set to 5600 to 5700. But you're saying I might be better off  running wot at 5600 ?

Would a longer prop size help or hurt?
