I am installing the 912 ULS in my Zenith CH750 STOL. The 912 Installation Manual is not clear on how to connect the two shielded leads from the Ignition Switch to the Ignition Modules. It speak is generalities about the flat pin and elaborates on how to crimp them but it does not specify which connector to put them in. There are four six pin connectors going into the two modules. Two face the aft end of the engine and two are mounted vertically. Where are the pins inserted? The manual points to a connector with a "5" stated. Is that a pin position, which connector?

In answer to your questions:
1. There is a photo of what the crimped the wire should look like here http://contrails.free.fr/images/rotax/p_lead.jpg There is some information about crimping the wire here http://contrails.free.fr/fichiers2/P%20lead.pdf You will need the correct crimp tool to make a proper connection.
2. Fig 74-20 in the heavy maintenance manual shows the ignition wiring. You can see the ignition switches are labelled as item 7. There is a picture of the connector at the side of the figure which shows where to insert your ignition switch wire. You should only have one spare location.
I hope that helps.
