High oil temp with Franz oil thermostat

That 180 degree bend is a metal tube and won't collapse and slow the flow. It will be fine. Since I'm not sure by the picture is the oil flow direction through the thermostat in the right direction?

p.s.

Is this the only maint. change in the oil system since the lower oil temps have climbed up?
