You can to adjust it with software. But we are not sure if it will solve your problem.
In software is 29, but realised is 26, because maximal advance is determined by shape of pickup system (by angle length of pulse lobe).

It sounds like they're saying this is the same 26 degrees as stock, and the extra 3 degrees is just to compensate for how they read the input pulse. It should be pretty easy to compare the two ignitions with a timing light. I'll probably order a couple modules, and try them on the test stand engine. If nothing else, the price is right. You can literally get 6 of these for the price of one stock unit. I had to buy a pair of those a few years ago and it was $1800.
