Thanks to all for the feedback.
First apologies for mixing terms. When I said "reservoir" and "expansion tank" I meant the "Overflow Bottle".
I have seen a lot of water droplets condensing on the oil tank cap since I started flying this airplane. It's been very humid and last weekend trip to Triple Tree SC was incredibly humid.
So yes, I think that this is just water condensation although the orange color has me concerned. Do you guys think it would be possible for coolant to make it to the oil (other than through a cracked head)? How can I discard that possibility or am I being paranoid?
I will install an aluminum tape for now as suggested by Roger and see what happens.
Best Regards,
Chris
