Thanks. I have those and there is no access to the clamp because the engine mount is in the way. If/when the hose comes off it will have to be replaced with a work drive clamp. The original hose and clamp were attached at the factory when there was no engine mount in the way.

If you have an engine lift then loosen the engine mount bolts on one side and lift it 1"-2" just enough to get to the clamps. Then repeat for the other side. If you're doing the 5 year replacement then the rubber engine mounts should be done too.
