That information can be found under "Time Limit" in Section 05-10-00, page 4 of the Rotax Line Maintenance Manual.- https://www.rotax-owner.com/en/support-topmenu/engine-manuals#current-engines 

Based on S/N 5648562 for your engine, the TBO is 1,500 hours or 12 years, whichever comes first (See photo attachment) 

The only information not available to the public on the official FlyRotax website when you enter your S/N into the engine configuration search is the engine's date of manufacture. We have requested that Rotax make this information public, but for reasons unknown, they have chosen not to do so. https://www.flyrotax.com/p/service/engine-configuration-search .

As previously stated, you can find the TBO of your engine in the Rotax Line Maintenance Manual.
