Andrew I called Lockwood a day or two after the SB came out, they put me on a wait list for parts, haven’t heard since. I plan to call them today and check, if I get any useful info I’ll post it up.
I have a quick question regarding this SB, and the credit issued by Rotax. They mention 1h 10min per engine.
It seems to me that to take off the top cowling, get the radiator off the way, cleanly disassemble two carburetors, replace the circlips and o-ring, assemble them back, put the radiator back in place, reset the choke cables, and perform the run-up, you'd need WAY more than 1hour and 10 minutes.
Am I the only one thinking this or is my mechanic really slow ?

Thanks for your input,
Nick.
Your mechanic isn’t slow. Mine told me he’d have to re-sync my carbs after the SB work is done. What’s more, he — like others who’ve posted here — is having trouble getting the Circlips delivered. I would have expected Rotax to have Circlips in inventory before issuing the SB. Getting the SB out promptly doesn’t help if necessary parts aren’t available.
