Water condensation on oil cap

In a last few days I started noticing quite a bit of water condensation on my oil tank cap.
Attached is a picture of how much water was there after only about 15 minutes engine run on the ground ( including full run-up)
Is it possible that the to oil breather tube is somehow blocked or should I look for some other culprit ?
