One of my carburetor choke lever on the carburetor is stuck it doesn't move at all.
(Engine is 0 hours stored for 4 years) we are installing it on to a new machine.
It may have some corrosion or dried fuel or whatever on the inside. Just remove it and clean it. The center shaft will push out of the housing once the housing is off the carb. There is no need to remove the carb. Take some carb cleaner and a scotchbrite pad and clean the choke inside edges once you push the center out to remove any old dry buildup.
