Checklist for 912ULS

Does anybody have a checklist for 912ULS? I'm drafting one myself for a Zenith Cruzer and am looking for numbers at run-up: run-up RPM, mag drop, engine temp, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, CHT. Also, min. take-off RPM, cruise RPM and corresponding engine temp, oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, CHT.

Make sure you use the numbers for the ULS and not the UL.
