What is the integrated alternator output? answer: 12V 20A DC
What do the crankshaft drive gear and the dog gear have in common? answer: These two have matching 6 digit serial numbers
What does the cylinder head temperature sender measure? answer: It measures the metal temp
What are the new spark plug gap settings? (.6mm -.7mm) .023 - .027 The wider gap is better for the hot OAT and the narrower is better for cold OAT
How often should the coolant be replaced?
answer: every 2 years. (I know there is a place where it says by overhaul, but that's rediculous since that may be 12-15 years away)

#1 1-4-2-3, .66 gal. in the can plus the oil cooler content, dry sump.
#4 rpm counter.
#5 crankcase pressure.
#6 water cooled
#7 912=1211 cm3, 912s=1352 cm3

What is the firing order for the Rotax 912? answer: 1423
What is the oil content of a 912 engine? answer: 2.5 lts - 3 lts or .793 US gal or .66 - .8 gal. 3 qts. is just right on a oil change
What type of oil sump is used on the 912? answer: dry sump
What is the 5th trigger coil pickup used for? answer: tach / rpm pick up
How is the oil returned from the crankcase to the oil tank? answer: crank case pressure
How are the cylinder heads on the Rotax 912 cooled? answer: water cooled
What is the cubic inch displacement of the Rotax 912? answer: 912UL=1211 cm3, 912ULS=1352 cm3

10. What is the accepted gearbox friction torque, upper and lower limit? answer: 22-44 ft/lbs or 264-528 in/lbs or 30-60nm
11. What is the gear reduction ratio for the 912S series? answer: 2.43:1 912S or ULS(2.27:1 is the normal 912A or UL 80 hp)
13. Where on the engine is the manifold pressure taken? answer: on the aluminum carb balance tube, there is a little nipple more on the left side
15. On the carb, lifting the jet needle from the second to the third notch will do what? answer: it will richen the mixture
