Thanks for the info Peter. I was finally able to get back in the airplane today. MAP pressure at takeoff was 41 so I guess there must be something wrong with the TCU after all? I'm still trying to find someone local with Rotax experience to look at it.
41 isn’t too high on takeoff.. My Rotax 914’s manual says boost can exceed 42” as long as it comes back to normal within seconds. I often see 40-41” on takeoff.
