that is normal for the new float bowls.
No effect on power.

Okky., during Ground run, a jerk was observed from 100% to 115 %, after the replacement of Left carburator, smooth running observed.
any other cause of this jerk?

when the throttle goes over 100% (and the airbox pressure goes over the mapping limit) the enrichner solenoid is turned on.
this provides ram-air pressure (from the ram-air port on the right side of the airbox) to the float bowls. thus providing a extra-rich mixture to prevent detonation.
it is likely you had an air leak somewhere in the system that was cured with the carb replacement.

jerk problem solved. now 100% throattle , AIR box pressure increased up to 1385 hPA, and Rpm shoot up . variable pitch propeller installed.Any problem with propeller?
please help.

sounds like you have not calibrated your throttle position.
