Flywheel Removal Mushroom

I need to remove my flywheel and I can borrow a puller but I cannot get hold of a mushroom to protect the crank. Does any one have a dimensioned drawing that I can use to make up something suitable?

You can use a short bolt. Sand the threads down with a sander and sand the square edges off the head and make it round. Piece of cake.
