I have seen it twice and have had two callers ask about this. I have had great success with applying Loctite 648 and re-seating the float guide pin. None have ever come back out. This may be caused by excessive vibration so I would make sure my rubber engine mounts are good, the carbs are synced, the prop is balanced and you're not over due for a gearbox inspection.
