Are you thinking it might send power surges when throttle changes? Plus that difference in rpm right and left on run up doesn't seem right. Could the carb balance cause it? I just ordered my own balancer so now I can test it more often .
Update is the cap might have helped the coolant issue .I pushed it pretty hard taking off with 2 adults Temp in the 80s and could not make it leak from the tank.
The ignition problem seems to be a loose fitting plug cap. Boy are those expensive $16 each!
