Electric fuel pump fitting

I am installing a new engine in a 2006 Evektor. It is fitted with a Banjo bolt type fuel distribution fitting that the old engine did not. It only has one outlet not being used and I assume it is for the fuel tank return line. I need to add my existing electric fuel pump, how do I hook it up? Can I cut one of the new (beautiful) fuel lines and add a T?
