912 UL engine mounts (6)

Hi Roger et all
I'm installing Barry mounts. Can't get info from company. Does it matter whether the male end or the donut part is on the top vs underneath?

Male part must be on the bottom. The donut part is not load bearing and will deform and fail almost immediately.
