It has 1001 hrs on it Roger I'll take a picture of it when I get it off the guy I got the flywheel from said he has seen it before I'm thinking it had the speg bearing changed about about 150 hrs ago thinking it broke when it was reinstalled just wasn't noticeable then that's when the spark plugs became an issue looking back at the motor history
If someone was in there working on the sprag clutch then that very well may be the smoking gun so to say as to why this area on your engine is having the issues you are experiencing.
