Thank you Jacques.
I just tried the suggestion of installing a capacitor at each light.
Unfortunately there was no difference.
As I mentioned earlier I ordered two step down adjustable voltage regulators/limiters.
I am hoping they will effectively deal with the noise by separating the LED's and the charging circuit.
If they don't work I will definitely install your fix.
Can you please describe how pronounced the noise was on your installation? Also, did your fix completely silence the noise?

The parasitic noise was like a whistling sound in the headset
Now it's completely silent
The filter must be installed as close as possible to the leds
