Water pump elbow

The Water Pump elbow is pointing directly at the lower vibration isolator with no room for a hose to be fitted.
can I heat that fitting and turn it like I did similarly with the water inlet elbows on cylinder 4 or is this a different animal.

Remove the pump housing that the tube turns in to, being careful of the gasket, remove the 1" inlet and it's o ring and heat away like you did the others . loctite 648 retaining compound to reinstall after cleaning the fine threads.
