Glad it was this simple fix. While you were in there did you tighten all the triggers?
This isn't real common, but does happen on occasions. This is why it's best to look for the easy, cheaper more common issues before throwing money and expensive labor looking for exotic problems.

Yes I checked all the triggers and the gaps.
