It takes a huge amount of air to produce even a few drops of water.
At 68F, it takes ~375 gallons of air at 100% hunidity to hold One(1) Ounce of water.
That is suprizingly little water for one huge fuel tank!
The vents should be integral to the tanks and routed to below the Fuselage/Wing.
Any over-flow should go overboard without contacting the Fuselage/Wing.
