The jets have been cleaned by three different people. Two professional . But I understand what you're saying. I'll have another look
Still it's giving signs it rich, wouldn't a clogged needle make it lean ? If it's rich where is the extra fuel coming from???

I also had a situation where the carburetor pistons were not sliding up and down smoothly causing a out of balance vibration. Verify they slide smoothly if not clean with WD40 or other. The stickiness was caused by the carbs getting flooded and stained up with the 100LL blue dye. after installing a new pump that corrected it self after a few minutes of running.
