Here is one test club manufacture: http://www.arrowprop.com/
We bought a 4 blade 80hp test club from them in 2002 but the bolt holes are not perfectly aligned so it is painful to install. I understand they have a better jig for the ROtax propshaft now.
Our other test club is from Hoffmann, very expensive.
A test club is shorter (safer for the operator) and quieter than a real prop. It moves enough air to cool the engine but not much thrust.

About the video: What is the oil pressure??? Do not run the engine without a prop. You can see many interesting videos on youtube.. but that does not make it OK to do the same thing.

If i were to do the engine test, what should be on the instrument panel? the critical one? or can i use BUDS instead. thanks

The question you need to answer is, "What are you trying to test?"

Is the purpose of the exercise to just see if one engine will start and sounds reasonable?
Or do you intend to be Dyno testing dozens of engines and tuning them for peak power?

Is the engine going to be run at idle for 2 minutes and then that's it?
Or will you be running at wide Open Throttle for hours on end?

What you expect as a result will determine what you will need.

Only you know the answers!

I would say at a minumum you will need accurate rpm and oil pressure and temp readings. Assuming you are not going to run for long enough to allow temperatures to get too high. You do need oil temp to know when it is OK to take the rpm above 2000 and 2500.
